East Hills Fall League is a great off-season opportunity for young athletes to sharpen their skills and prepare for the next level of baseball. The fall season focuses on instruction, development, and fundamentals—giving players the chance to grow in key areas such as hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running. Athletes will have the opportunity to rotate positions and build confidence in different areas of the game. All games are exhibition-style, meaning there are no official scores or standings. This keeps the focus exactly where it should be: player development.
Coaches emphasize positive instruction, repetition, and game awareness in a fun and supportive environment. The goal is to help each player build confidence while continuing to develop their overall understanding of the game.
Fall league offers a flexible schedule that includes one practice per week and Sunday exhibition games so players can continue developing their skills while still participating in other fall sports. It’s an ideal environment to stay active, improve, and build a strong foundation for the upcoming spring season.
